Week 6 Day 1

Hello everyone,
Warmup consisted of 5 minutes of wall squats, halos and pumps.
Start of a new week and had to add another ladder to my C+P's and pullups, still no problems with these, dreading(excited about) week 8 though.
Seven minutes of snatches were actually pretty tough, i had to remind myself to slow down and take it easy. I noticed that with my weaker arm-left- that my form was actually better than with my right arm, i suppose i am concentrating more with the weaker arm to ensure i do it properly. Once i noticed this i made an effort to do both arms with the same technique and not try to "muscle" through the left arm sets.
Overall i feel it went pretty well, i can see some improvements are needed on my snatches but that will come.
