Andre, I've been following rop and I'm at week 8, with the aditional rung which was tough for me I'm thinking sat. will be fun too. I was thinking of going to the 24kg but I think I will finish with the 16kg. I have been doing one arm rows with a 32kg until I can build a pull up bar assisted with bands. I got a good head cold and have alot of holiday travel ahead. I'm thinking of repeating wk 8 or taking the 24kg. with me and doing press and swings to keep active. Eric
